ABOUT EMERSON

As a Certified Personal Training Specialist, I believe in creating strong relationships with all my members. Having the right fitness/strength and conditioning coach who can make your body transformation as enjoyable as possible is very important. 

Fitness has always been a passion of mine especially while growing up playing competitive sports. All of my training both on the field and in the gym has translated to my unique teaching ability. I too was once a beginner who struggled learning new exercises... I can assure you with my guidance and expertise that you will not only feel compitent performing new exercises but you will perform them perfectly all while excelling towards your goals.

This is what I do full time, everyday, helping people just like you achieve results. I love it. Its truly the best feeling seeing the look on my members face when they get their progress reports at the end of the month or when they win our body transformation challenge or when they smash a new personal reccord! 


 

I not only offer a unique training programs but I offer it in a manner which all levels of fitness can participate. From beginner to advanced fitness levels your goals will be met. I have a proven track record of many successful transformations. I take my role as a fitness coach very seriously all while providing a fun and enjoyable workout experience for everyone.

As a Certified Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist, I do not believe in diets. To me, diets are short term fixes that are not maintainable. Lifestyle changes however, are very easily maintained with the right guidance and support. I want to make your fitness journey enjoyable and I want to make sure you celebrate the little goals and milestones being reached along the way to your end goal.

 

I believe that food is one of the strongest forms of medicine and that many times, it is nutritional changes that need to be made before prescriptions are filled. This unfortuantly is something that is not a common thought and something I want to change.

 

I have been very involved with fitness and nutrition the past 4 years. My journey began when I no longer wanted to be "skinny". I wanted to be strong, confident, and most importantly-healthy. I began going to the gym consistantly and doing endless research on what types of food I needed to fuel my body with to get the results I wanted. I soon realized that nutrition was a big passion of mine and I decided that I wanted to help other people reach their goals in an enjoyable and balanced way.
